What platforms do you support?
We recommend that you use the latest browser available for your platform. We fully support Windows and Macintosh operating environments and recommend that you have the very latest browser available for your platform of choice. We certainly support other operating environments, but do not have the capacity to test each individual operating scenario. It is in your best interest to get a Domestic version 128bit secure browser for optimum secure transactions. Netscape and Microsoft each have a 128bit SSL compliant browser.

Can I use the Forward and Back browser buttons while in the bank?
While logged into the bank, do not use your browser's "Forward" (->) and "Back" (<-) buttons to navigate between pages. When this happens you will get the message: "Warning: Page has expired." This feature is for your security.

Can I resize my browser window while in the bank?
While logged into the bank, do not resize your browser window. This will in many cases break your secure connection established between your browser and our secure Web server. This is because when your browser is resized, it must re-access the web server for information to repaint your window. When it does this, the browser doesn't include your secure session information, and the secure connection to the bank is dropped. When this happens you will get the message: "Your interactive session has ended."

Can I close my browser application to log off?
Use the "Log Off" button to log-off. You may experience connectivity problems by not logging off the bank properly. Use the "Log Off" button when you are through transacting your bank business. While you are logged into the bank, you have an online session running on our bank's host computer system. This system is analogous to the system a bank teller would use at an old-fashioned branch bank. By clicking the "Log Off" button when you leave the site, you are completing the host session properly. This will help to ensure your next sign-on to the bank to be a successful one!

Why does it take so long for my Account Summary page to show after I enter my User ID and Password?
Nexity Bank offers "Real-Time" account access. As a result, you will experience a 30- to 90-second delay between the time you enter your Account Number and Password and the time your Account Summary page appears. Real-time access to your Nexity Bank accounts via the Internet is equivalent to you walking up to a traditional bank teller and getting your up-to-the-minute balance. Or, for example, if you withdraw $20 from an ATM machine your Nexity Bank account will reflect that debit online immediately.

Where should I set my bookmark into the bank?
Bookmark the bank's HOME page, where you'll always be able to learn about new bank products. Do not bookmark the page where you enter your User ID and PIN. This page contains a unique Session ID which is different each time you log-on into the bank.
